Refund Policy
We want every client to be confident ordering from us. This policy explains when payments can be refunded. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.
1. Spark (website package)
Not sure yet? Use the free preview before you pay. There is no charge and no obligation.
If you cancel a paid Spark order before we start work, we refund 100% of your payment. Once work has started, we refund [50%] if you cancel before delivery. After your website is delivered, Spark payments are not refundable, but your included revisions still apply.
Professional photography: free cancellation up to [48 hours] before the shoot; after that the photography fee is not refundable.
2. Beam (digital products)
Your 50% deposit books your project and our strategy and planning time.
If you decide not to go ahead after the discovery call because the final price differs from your estimate, we refund your deposit minus [JD X for the discovery and strategy work].
Once you have approved the final quote and production has started, the deposit is not refundable. If you cancel during production, you pay for the work completed to date, and anything above that is refunded.
The balance is due before delivery and is not refundable after the finished product has been delivered.
3. Glow and Shine (monthly engagements)
Monthly fees are paid in advance and are not refundable for a month that has started.
Cancellation before the end of your minimum term is covered by section 9 of our Terms & Conditions. If Spark was included free with Shine, its standard price becomes payable when Shine ends early.
If we fail to deliver the agreed scope for a month and do not fix it after you tell us, we will credit or refund the affected part of that month's fee.
4. Things we can't refund
Advertising spend paid to Google, Meta or other platforms; third-party fees (such as Whop, payment gateway, domain or hosting fees); and sales tax already paid to the tax authority, except where the law requires it.
5. How to request a refund
Message us on WhatsApp or email billing@small-bright.com with your order reference. We reply within [3] business days and send approved refunds to the original account by CliQ or bank transfer within [14] days.
