Terms & Conditions
These terms apply when you order or use any service from Small-Bright Solutions for Digital Marketing ("Small—Bright", "we", "us"). By placing an order, booking an onboarding call or paying an invoice, you ("the client") agree to them.
1. Who we are
Small-Bright Solutions for Digital Marketing is registered in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan under commercial registration number [number], with its address at [address]. You can contact us at hello@small-bright.com or on WhatsApp at [number].
2. Our services
We offer the packages described on our website: Spark (a one-time website package), Beam (one-time digital product projects), and Glow and Shine (monthly marketing engagements), as well as standalone projects quoted individually.
The scope of each order is what is shown at checkout or in the written quote or agreement we send you. Anything not listed is outside the scope and may be quoted separately.
3. Prices, quotes and sales tax
All prices are in Jordanian Dinars (JD) and exclude 16% general sales tax, which is added to every invoice and shown separately at checkout.
Beam prices shown by our online calculator are estimates only. Your final Beam price is confirmed in writing after a discovery call.
Glow and Shine monthly fees are confirmed in writing after your onboarding call and set out in your service agreement.
Advertising spend (for example on Google or Meta), third-party platform fees (for example Whop or payment gateways) and printing or media costs are not included unless your order says so.
Domain names and hosting are not included in any package. If you already have them, we connect them at no extra charge. If you ask us to arrange them, we quote you separately: the provider's cost (which varies by domain) plus our set-up fee, followed by a yearly renewal. Domains and hosting are registered in your name.
4. Bundles and discounts
Beam with Spark: 20% off the Beam price when ordered together with Spark.
Glow with Spark: 20% off the first month of Glow when ordered together with Spark.
Shine with Spark: Spark is included free of charge with a 12-month Shine agreement. If the Shine agreement ends early for any reason other than our breach, the standard Spark price (JD 300 + sales tax) becomes payable.
Beam for retainer clients: 20% off Beam for clients with an active Glow or Shine agreement.
Discounts cannot be combined unless we agree in writing [confirm no stacking].
5. Ordering and payment
Orders are placed through our website checkout or by accepting a written quote. Each order has a reference number.
We currently accept payment by CliQ and bank transfer. Please include your order reference with your payment and send us the receipt. Work begins once your payment has been received in our account.
Spark is paid in full in advance. Beam requires a 50% deposit of the estimate to book your project, with the balance due on the final confirmed price before delivery of the finished product. Glow and Shine are billed monthly in advance; your first month is due before work starts.
Invoices not paid within [7] days of the due date may lead us to pause work until payment is received.
6. Timelines and delivery
Spark is delivered within 72 hours of the later of (a) receipt of payment, (b) receipt of the information and materials we need from you (business details, logo, photos and approval of the preview, where applicable) and (c) access to a working domain and hosting.
Beam timelines are agreed on your discovery call. Glow and Shine work starts on the date in your service agreement.
Delays caused by late information, approvals or payments from the client extend our timelines accordingly.
7. Free website preview
The Spark free preview is a sample of your homepage, provided without obligation. If you do not order, you may not use the preview or its design, and we may delete it.
8. Revisions and approvals
Spark includes [2] rounds of revisions within [14] days of delivery. Beam revision rounds are set out in your Beam quote. Glow and Shine content is shared for approval before publishing; content not commented on within [3] business days may be treated as approved.
Additional revisions or changes in scope may be charged separately after we tell you the cost.
9. Contracts and cancellation for Glow and Shine
Glow has a minimum term of 3 months and Shine a minimum term of 12 months, starting on the start date in your agreement.
After the minimum term, the engagement continues month to month until either party gives [30] days' written notice.
If you cancel before the end of the minimum term, [the remaining monthly fees for the minimum term / an early-termination fee of X] become payable, together with the Spark price if Spark was included free with Shine.
10. Your responsibilities
You confirm that the information, logos, photos, product content and other materials you provide are accurate and that you have the right to use them, and you allow us to use them to deliver your services.
You are responsible for the claims you make about your own products and services, and for any licences your business needs (including for e-commerce).
You give us the account access we reasonably need (for example to your social media, Google Business Profile or ad accounts) and keep your own passwords secure.
11. Ownership of work
Once you have paid in full, you own the final deliverables we create for you (such as your website content and design, your digital product and your campaign creatives).
Your accounts (social media, Google Business Profile, ad accounts, domain, Whop or payment gateway) are set up in your name and belong to you.
We keep ownership of our own pre-existing tools, templates, know-how and code libraries, and grant you a licence to use them as part of your deliverables.
We may show your project in our portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing.
12. Third-party platforms
Our services rely on third-party platforms such as Google, Meta, TikTok, Whop, hosting providers and payment gateways. Their own terms and fees apply, and we are not responsible for their decisions, outages, policy changes, account restrictions or payouts.
13. Results
Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific rankings, followers, sales or revenue. We commit to doing the work in our agreed scope with care and skill, and to reporting honestly on results.
14. Confidentiality and data
We keep your business information confidential and handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
15. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the fees you paid us for the affected service in the [3] months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost data.
16. Refunds
Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.
17. Governing law and language
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and the courts of [Amman] have jurisdiction. These terms are published in Arabic and English; if there is any difference, [the Arabic version prevails — lawyer to confirm].
18. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published on our website when you place an order applies to that order.
